Every project is scoped by stage, so you always know what's coming before it starts. Where trade pricing is available, we pass it on — wherever it applies, the saving is yours. Our fee for that stage is a clear, agreed percentage of the furniture spend, largely offset by the trade pricing itself — so you're benefiting from supplier discounts you wouldn't otherwise have access to, while that same spend also covers the sourcing, coordination and accountability that goes into getting it right. Two things working together, both transparent: what the pieces cost, and what it costs to have them sourced and managed properly.

Your project is costed individually based on scope, timeline, and specific requirements — but as a general guide, most full decoration projects begin from a $50k minimum furnishing spend for two significant rooms, plus design fees.
